We are an India-based trading company that offers sunflower oil on regular basis. The terms and conditions under which we sell this commodity are as follows:

Sunflower oil is a type of cooking fat that can come from sun-dried seeds. It has an average weight loss value and tastes great in salad dressings or as shortening for baking breads!
Sunflower oil is a natural, healthful and versatile liquid that comes from sun flower seeds. It can be used in cooking or for applying as skin care products like makeup remover; it has even been known to help with hair growth!
Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of naturally occurring, high quality oils. These nutritious liquids can be pressed from these edible legumes to create a variety different products including cooking fats and moisturizers!
Use of sunflower oil for human consumption has increased in the recent years. It can be used as a frying or salad oils, but it is also an ingredient found within many cosmetic products that help to keep our skin healthy and youthful looking!
The sunflower is a versatile plant, commonly used for human consumption – in foodstuffs such as frying or salad oils. It can also be applied to cosmetic products
In addition the seed coats of these plants provide an excellent source of vitamin E whichacts protectively against free radicals inside our bodies.

REFINED SUNFLOWER OIL

The cold winter months can be tough on your home and family, so why not come in from the outside with all of its dirt? That’s where we come into play. We offer a wide range for cleaning services like Winterized or Deodorization that will make sure to keep you safe during these chilly days!

Specification
First class export quality refined sunflower oil (standard specification)

Crude sunflower oil (CSFO) or refined sunflower oil (RSFO) can be supplied GMO or non GMO.

Certification
EUR 1 (Form A) Certificate shall be provided – depending on the origin.
T2L Certificate available – depending on origin.

Origin
At seller’s choice.

Contract quantity
– Spot shipments min. 2,000MT.
– Minimum 2,000MT x 12 months for annual contracts.

Packaging
1L – 2L – 3L – 5L – PET bottle – other volumes upon request.
Flexitank possible.

Payment:

For annual contract:

Buyer-Bank shall issue a transferrable Bank-Guarantee / SBLC / LC, covering a one month’ quantity and being valid till end of contract + 1 month.
Each invoice shall be paid by an irrevocable, transferrable letter of credit, covering a monthly quantity or by MT 103 against documents as per contract.
Credit available by negotiation of documents at Seller’s Bank-Counter.
Letter of Credit shall be opened by Prime Bank acceptable to Seller / Seller-Bank.

For spot lots:

By irrevocable transferable letter of credit, payable 100% at sight covering total quantity contracted.

Performance bond:
Where applicable.

Shipping time
Approximately 30 days after availability and acceptance of funds

SGS inspection (quality, quantity) at port of loading
At seller’s expense

SGS inspection (quality, quantity) at port of unloading
At buyer’s expense
